GTM Builder
Values-led.
Results-driven.

Hi! I’m Julie.

I build the GTM foundations that help companies grow, from demand generation and ABM to the frameworks that turn strategy into revenue.

My career in B2B tech spans category-defining companies like MongoDB, Boston Dynamics, and Autodesk, helping them navigate growth, change, and increasingly complex buying environments.

I'm drawn to tricky GTM problems, like new categories, long sales cycles, and large buying groups. Anything that demands precision over a one-size-fits-all approach.

A Builder You Say?

Building is fundamental to who I am. As a kid, I took apart my toys to make machines that did imaginary things. As a theater costumer in college, I built characters from bolts of fabric. New Ikea furniture? Hand me an Allen wrench and my earbuds and I’m having the best weekend ever.

From setting the foundation for a global Center of Excellence to launching demand gen programs at high-growth companies, building has also defined my career. I can take a blank slate or the pieces of an existing GTM engine and build a machine that drives predictable, scalable growth.

Core Values

Trust

Great work doesn’t happen in isolation. I build trust across teams by showing up, following through, and communicating clearly. I take ownership of both my work and my impact because being dependable matters just as much as being creative.

Growth

Curiosity drives me to seek out new ideas, explore emerging technologies, and keep learning. I grow through every win, misstep, and conversation. I also share what I learn to help others grow too.

Clarity

Whether I’m writing a blog, developing a campaign brief, or giving feedback, I strive for clarity. It creates alignment, reduces noise, and helps teams do their best work.

Tenacity

Constraints do not block creativity; they sharpen it. Whether the budget is generous or nonexistent, I find smart, resourceful ways to bring ideas to life. When setbacks happen, I adapt, learn quickly, and keep moving forward.

Integrity

Integrity is the foundation for everything. In fast-moving environments, it's easy to cut corners or chase quick wins, but I believe how we work matters just as much as what we achieve.
